ON A MISSION

Part of the Springs Rescue Mission, Mission Catering opened in 2012 to help train and employ Springs Rescue clients in the culinary profession. A diverse menu features everything from party platters and box lunches to full-service sit-down dinners. Supporting the catering service helps feed, shelter and clothe the homeless and gives vocational experience to those in the program.
