Lamb shank, anyone? You won’t find a better or bigger one than the versions served here. It’s roasted in tomato wine sauce until the meat falls off the bone
and served with herbed orzo and seasonal vegetables and then garnished with feta cheese. Other Greek foods are done just as well.
