It doesn’t get any better than here. The corn tortilla is smeared with black beans, topped with perfectly cooked eggs to your liking, then garnished with fresh avocado and Mexican cotija cheese. You get a choice of red or green chili, or mix it up with Christmas (both sauces). Delicious, crispy hash browns finish the plate.
