TUCANOS BRAZILIAN GRILL
This popular Brazilian grill method known as churrasco (shoe-HAS-ko) is a fusion of South American and European cultures. Meats and vegetables are deliciously seasoned and cooked on skewers over open-flame grills, then brought to your table where portions are sliced onto your plate.
