This Place is for the Birds
Love birds, like me? Then take some time to wander through this eclectic and quirky shop in a location mostly hidden from passersby off Palmer Park Boulevard. Inside the bird lover's oasis are stacks of bird feeders, bird baths and bags and bins of bird seed. For non-birders, there's a bunch of dog food for sale and fun backyard goodies, such as fountains, yard art, statues and antiques. Ronald Perry has owned the shop for decades, and he and his daughter, Sarah, who helps him out, are more than happy to stand around and exchange funny bird tidbits and sightings.
