Wilson has been shaking drinks at The Famous for 81/2 years . His most popular cocktail recently is the Pepper Blossom, which features vodka, elderflower liqueur, fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice and a hint of heat from fresh jalapeño peppers shaken with the cocktail before serving. A spring cocktail menu is in the works.
